About the Role
Stark Engineering is seeking an experienced and execution-driven Project Manager – Digital Construction (BIM) to lead the successful delivery of high-profile BIM projects. This role combines project management expertise with a strong understanding of BIM workflows, ensuring that Architectural, Structural, and MEP models are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients, project stakeholders, and technical BIM teams, driving project success from initiation through final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Project Lifecycle Management
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close BIM projects.
- Develop project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Manage resources, budgets, risks, and project timelines.
- Track project performance and ensure timely delivery of all project objectives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Gather and translate client requirements into actionable project tasks.
- Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
BIM Delivery Coordination
- Work closely with BIM Managers and discipline leads.
- Monitor progress of Architectural, Structural, and MEP modeling teams.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and client requirements.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project workflows and deliverables.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify project bottlenecks, resource constraints, and scope changes.
- Implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
- Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication across all project stakeholders.
RequirementsExperience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience within BIM, AEC, or Digital Construction environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing BIM projects from initiation to completion.
Technical Knowledge
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination processes, and digital construction practices.
- Familiarity with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams.
Project Management Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Experience in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location Requirement
- Must be willing to work full-time on-site at Technopark Phase-3, Trivandrum, Kerala.
