Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a willingness to learn. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in administration and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative and office support activities.
- Handle documentation, data entry, filing, and record management.
- Coordinate with internal teams and assist in daily operational tasks.
- Prepare reports, letters, emails, and other business documents.
- Maintain office records and ensure proper document organization.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally.
- Assist in preparing presentations and other administrative materials.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Graduation) in any stream from a recognized university.
- MBA candidates or graduates will be preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–6 months of experience in Administration, Operations, Office Management, or related fields may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic computer proficiency and internet skills.
Pay: ₹8,533.16 - ₹15,078.95 per month
