Job Title: Cybersecurity Consultant

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cybersecurity Consultant to support pre-sales activities within our cybersecurity services practice. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of cybersecurity along with strong business, documentation, and client-facing skills. The consultant will work closely with senior leadership to develop proposals, define scopes, and assist in translating client requirements into structured cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and solution documents aligned with client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored cybersecurity solutions (e.g., VAPT, SOC, GRC, cloud security, etc.).
- Support in RFP/RFI responses, including technical and commercial sections.
- Participate in client discussions to understand requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Draft and review key documents like SOWs, MSAs and more
- Ensure all documentation is aligned with organizational standards and risk considerations.
- Work with delivery team to confirm and finalize contractual elements.
- Coordinate with technical SMEs to validate feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
- Maintain reusable content libraries for proposals and offerings.
- Conduct research on cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with leadership to prioritize deals and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Track progress of proposals and maintain documentation data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering (e.g., Computer, IT, Electronics), or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT consulting and support.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity domains such as:
- Network security
- Cloud security
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
- Security operations (SOC)
- Familiarity with SOW, MSA, proposals, and contract structures is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create professional documentation and presentations (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) without excessive AI dependency.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as Security+, ISO 27001 (basic knowledge), or similar (nice to have, not mandatory).
- Prior exposure to client-facing roles or consulting environments.
- Understanding of pricing models and effort estimation in services businesses.
Pay: ₹452,651.88 - ₹846,389.49 per year
