- Supervision: Monitor security guards across various client sites, preparing duty rosters, shift schedules, and tracking attendance.
- Deployment: Assist in recruiting, screening, and deploying new security personnel to suitable locations.
- Training: Train on-site staff on security procedures, emergency response, and enforce standards for discipline and grooming. [1, 2]
Site Inspections & Compliance
- Site Visits: Conduct regular, unscheduled field and site visits to evaluate guard performance and operational efficiency.
- Risk Assessment: Inspect premises (entry points, doors, windows, fences) to identify and mitigate potential security risks or hazards.

Client Coordination
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure their security needs are being fully met.

- Emergency Response: Lead the response to security breaches, disturbances, fires, or medical emergencies on-site.
