The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing the assigned logistics and trading solutions portfolio.
Responsibilities;
- Handle day-to-day documentation and customer service follow-ups in relation to logistics and trading activities.
- Coordinate with vendor, customer, buyer, supplier & overseas offices.
- Liaise with Chartered account for GST/tax compliance timely filings.
- Preparation of all shipping documents i.e Commercial Invoice/Packing of trading division.
- Coordinate with bank for submission of documents.
- Occasional, job-related travel within India to meet suppliers and vendors, as and when required by the Company.
Requirements;

- Strong problem-solving attitude.
- Good decision-making skills & attention to detail.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Logistics or trading filed is a must.
- Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree.
- Must possess good command in English, Tamil & Hindi and willing to work under pressure.
- This role involves daily interaction with clients based in Northern states in India; therefore, fluency in Hindi is required/preferred for effective communication.
