Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions using OpenText CMS/WCM
Configure templates, components, workflows, and content models
Customize CMS functionality using Java, JSP, JavaScript, REST APIs , and OpenText SDKs
Integrate OpenText CMS with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DAM, search, authentication)
Manage content workflows, permissions, and versioning
Perform CMS upgrades, patches, and migrations
Troubleshoot performance, configuration, and production issues
Support deployment across DEV, QA, UAT, and PROD environments
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for security and performance
Collaborate with UX designers, content authors, and business stakeholders
