US Accountant (Team Helper) – Remote (India)
Salary: ₹40,000–₹50,000 INR per month

About the Role
We are looking for a US Accountant to join our bookkeeping team as a Team Helper.
You will support a team of 4–5 accountants with their daily bookkeeping tasks. This is a production-focused role that requires strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist accountants with daily bookkeeping work
- Help keep client books accurate and up to date
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time
- Communicate with your team through Slack
Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience with US bookkeeping
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience
- Experience with transaction categorization
- Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Able to work full US business hours
Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (US Time)
- You are required to remain in a Slack Huddle for your entire shift to collaborate with your team and receive support when needed.
Compensation
- ₹40,000–₹50,000 INR per month (depending on experience)
- Paid twice per month
- Payroll is processed on the 1st and 16th of each month.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
