Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Facility Maintenance Department Incharge to manage and oversee the overall maintenance operations of the hospital facility. Candidates with experience in hospitals, healthcare, hospitality, or hotel industry are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations of hospital infrastructure and utilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG sets, fire safety systems, lifts, and other facility equipment.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, AMC providers, and contractors.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with all departments for maintenance-related support.
- Monitor and manage maintenance staff and technicians.
- Support renovation and facility improvement projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering field.
- 2 to 10 years of experience in:
- Hospital / Healthcare Industry, OR
- Hospitality / Hotel Industry
- Strong technical knowledge of facility maintenance systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage teams and vendors efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in NABH standards is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of hospital utility systems preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
