Daily activities may include collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration of software components, troubleshooting issues that arise during development, and continuously refining processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development with project goals.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of software configurations and development processes.
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Openlink Endur.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration of software components and system testing.
- Experience in applying various development methodologies and tools to enhance project delivery.
