Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline). Freshers with strong initiative are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English speaking and writing (Mandatory). Fluency in Hindi and/or Telugu is strongly preferred.
- Computer Literacy: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, email etiquette, and web-based applications.
- Experience: Prior background in Sales Executive roles, Telecalling, or Customer Service is a plus, but not required.
- Bonus Tech Skills: Familiarity with modern productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or digital CRM platforms is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to prospective customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp using professional communication skills.
- Lead Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with leads to build long-term relationships and support overall customer service goals.
- Order & Quotation Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to prepare accurate sales quotations and process customer orders.
- Sales Reporting: Track and update daily sales data, reports, and customer records using Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
- Growth Contribution: Play an active role as a key Sales Executive in driving daily sales goals and business development.
