What this role is really about
This is a “ground up business builder” role. We are looking for a self-starter to spearhead
our outreach efforts, transform cold prospects into long-term clients, and own the entire
sales cycle from first contact to the final signature. If you thrive on the thrill of the 'win' rather
than the routine of maintenance, this role is for you.
What you will be doing
You will identify companies that can benefit from our services and reach out to the right people
You will run your own sales cycle from first conversation to closing
You will meet clients understand their hiring challenges and position our solution
clearly
You will build your own pipeline and be responsible for your numbers
What we are looking for
2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales
Proven experience in new client acquisition
Strong communication skills with the ability to hold meaningful business conversations
High ownership and self driven, with minimal need for supervision or follow ups
Location and work style
Based out of Bangalore or Mumbai
This is a remote work opportunity
Strong emphasis on in person client meetings and relationship building
Willingness to travel for client meetings a few days each week, especially in
Bangalore
