The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for ensuring a seamless, patient-friendly, and pleasant experience for all patients and visitors at the hospital. The GRE acts as a bridge between patients, doctors, and hospital departments to provide excellent customer service and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Welcome patients and visitors courteously and provide assistance upon arrival.
- Guide patients through the registration, consultation, investigation, and billing processes.
- Ensure that patients are directed to the appropriate departments without delay.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, optometrists, counsellors, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
