About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with potential clients, understand their business requirements, and convert qualified leads into customers.
Experience
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or e-commerce services will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
- Conduct sales presentations and product/service demonstrations.
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skills

- Confidence in handling client calls and virtual meetings.
- Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience in selling e-commerce, digital marketing, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.
