We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and network security while ensuring maximum network performance and availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Perform network troubleshooting for users and servers.
- Configure VLANs, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and TCP/IP settings.
- Monitor network security and implement best practices.
- Perform preventive maintenance and firmware upgrades.
- Coordinate with ISPs for internet-related issues.
- Maintain network documentation and inventory.
- Provide technical support during network outages and escalations.
Required Skills
- Good understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, and Routing.
- Experience with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Juniper, MikroTik, or similar networking devices.
- Knowledge of wireless networking and firewall configuration.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, HCIA, or equivalent are an advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in network administration or support.
- Freshers with CCNA certification or strong networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.
