Jewelry Tagging & Labeling:
- Attach secure, tamper-proof barcode and price tags to delicate jewelry items (rings, necklaces, bangles) without damaging the metal or stones.
- Encode critical product data on tags, including SKU, gross weight, net weight, stone weight, purity (e.g., 22K, 18K), and certification numbers (BIS hallmark/GIA).
- Generate and print barcode labels using specialized inventory and retail billing software
nventory & Stock Management:
- Perform inward and outward stock entries for new collections or repaired items in the system.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records during routine audits to prevent discrepancies.
Brand Presentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all branded packaging, ribbon seals, certificates of authenticity, and price tags match the luxury aesthetic and guidelines of the jewellery house.
- Monitor display standards to ensure un-tagged or improperly labelled items never reach the showroom floor
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in retail inventory, jewelry operations, or a similar luxury retail background.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in jewelry retail ERP software and basic MS Excel.
- Attention to Detail: High precision to avoid costly data entry errors regarding pricing and gold weights.
- Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of precious metals, gem weights (carats), and hallmark standards
Coordination:
- Coordinate smoothly between the inventory room, workshop artisans, and the sales floor team
Those who have knowledge in back-end operations of software will be added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
