The Client Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients. This role involves managing client communications, coordinating project requirements, ensuring timely follow-ups, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the successful delivery of products and services while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and share them with the concerned team.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of work.
- Follow up on ongoing projects and provide status updates to clients.
- Schedule client meetings and maintain meeting records.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client and project records.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, documents, and payments.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely support.
- Submit daily and weekly work reports to the reporting manager.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client coordination, customer service, project coordination, or a similar role (freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
