We specialize in developing and marketing opulent boutique residential apartments in Bengaluru. --- Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Sales & Marketing Executive (Age 28–40 years) to represent our premium apartment project from a posh site office on Hennur road,Bengaluru. --- Key Responsibilities Selling luxury residential apartments priced between ₹1.2 Cr to ₹2.9 Cr Handling first-level client calls and follow-up calls Presenting walkthroughs, brochures, marketing materials, and project highlights to prospective buyers Maintaining lead data and reports using spreadsheets Coordinating with clients from inquiry to booking stage ---
