Job Overview
Enkay Group is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Bangalore team. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support and service.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B, Industrial, Manufacturing, Packaging, or Corporate Sales.
- Knowledge of the Bangalore market.
- Possession of a valid driving license and two-wheeler.
