A Project Coordinator supports senior project managers by handling administrative tasks, tracking project milestones, and maintaining documentation. This entry-level role involves scheduling meetings, managing communications between teams, and monitoring daily progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking: Monitor daily progress, track project timelines, and update status reports for management.
- Documentation & Admin: Maintain comprehensive project documents, including meeting minutes, schedules, risk registers, and invoices.
- Communication: Act as a communication bridge between team members, clients, and the senior project manager.
- Resource Coordination: Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing presentation materials, and ensuring teams have necessary supplies.
- Reporting: Gather data to prepare weekly and monthly reports on project milestones and KPIs.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and resolve issues.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Organizational Skills: High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
