About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to build and lead the sales function for our residential plotted development in Indore.
The person will be responsible for establishing the sales process, managing the sales team, developing a strong channel-partner network and achieving monthly booking and collection targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the complete sales strategy for the project.
- Recruit, train and manage pre-sales callers and sales executives.
- Set monthly targets for leads, site visits, bookings and collections.
- Personally handle high-value customers and important negotiations.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners.
- Conduct project presentations, client meetings and site visits.
- Monitor every lead through the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Track salesperson-wise performance and conduct daily sales reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Study competing projects, pricing and developments in the relevant Indore micro-market.
- Create pricing proposals within the company’s approved discount policy.
- Ensure that customers receive accurate information regarding approvals, pricing, possession and documentation.
- Coordinate with the accounts and legal teams for booking documents, payments, agreements and registry.
- Monitor cancellations, collection delays and customer concerns.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real-estate sales.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Experience selling plotted developments is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Indore real-estate market.
- Existing relationships with Indore brokers and channel partners.
- Proven record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Strong Hindi and professional communication skills.
- Confident in negotiations, customer meetings and closing deals.
- Comfortable using CRM software, Excel and WhatsApp Business.
- Good understanding of RERA, T&CP, diversion, registry and basic home/plot financing.
- Must have personal transportation and be available for weekend site visits.

The Sales Head will be evaluated on:
- Monthly bookings and realised collections
- Number of qualified site visits
- Site-visit-to-booking conversion
- Lead response and follow-up discipline
- Active channel partners and broker-generated sales
- Sales-team productivity
- Cancellation rate
- Discount given per transaction
- Accuracy of CRM and sales reports
- Customer experience throughout the booking process
Pay: ₹13,667.27 - ₹55,610.03 per month
