FUNCTION: Business & Strategy Development.
LOCATION: Vadodara.
QUALIFICATION: Engineering graduate, PG in marketing management will be preferred.
EXPERIENCE: 20-25 years of Sales/ Marketing experience of construction equipment with 10 to 15 years of managing sales teams at regional level.
KNOWLEDGE: Required knowledge about Various Construction Equipment and major players in the market, commercial aspect of sales, making and implementing sales strategies.
SKILL: Good verbal and written communication, Self-drive, Negotiation, Team development.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparing Marketing Strategies, Exploring New Businesses & Markets, Preparing Sales/Business Plans, ensuring profitability in the Business.
- Resource Management, Performance Tracking, Training & Development of Sales Team.
- Understand the economic environment, business scenario, customer expectations, competitor strategies and set clear goals and priorities for the Sales / Marketing Team.
- Brand Building, Plan & implement Specific Promotion Schemes.
- Plan and implement strategies for Spares & Service Sales.
- Drive implementation of various systems, projects, initiatives as per organizational requirements for sustained business growth.
- Manage Billing and Receivable control and implement Credit Management policies as per the guidelines.
- Role will involve extensive traveling.
