About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should understand both user experience and visual design principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and engaging web and mobile interfaces
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and understand user requirements
- Develop responsive designs for different screen sizes
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
- Maintain consistency in UI design, typography, colors, and design systems
- Review existing products and suggest UI/UX improvements
- Convert business requirements into effective design solutions
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Figma is required
- Knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an advantage
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design
- Good understanding of usability and user-centered design
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects
Preferred
- Experience working on SaaS, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development workflows
- Experience collaborating with development teams
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
