Key Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing programs from *launch stage to SOP*.
* Handle *part development* as per customer requirements and specifications.
* Collaborate with *Design, Manufacturing, Production, and Quality* teams for new product development.
* Apply knowledge of *product design, fabrication, assembly, and material selection*.
* Ensure designs comply with *manufacturing feasibility, technical specifications, customer requirements, and applicable standards*.
* Prepare and maintain *BOM (Bill of Materials)* and other relevant engineering documents.
* Develop prototypes and coordinate *prototype/sample development*.
* Responsible for the development and trials of *tools, jigs, and fixtures*.
* Coordinate between the *production shop and engineering team* for smooth product development.
* Monitor prototype/sample development and resolve technical issues during trials.
* Ensure critical parts undergo *re-inspection before dispatch*.
* Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to improve product quality, manufacturability, and development timelines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
