We are seeking an experienced South Indian Cook to prepare authentic South Indian dishes while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. The candidate should be knowledgeable in traditional recipes and kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare South Indian breakfast, lunch, and dinner items
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Monitor stock levels and report requirements
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a South Indian Cook
- Knowledge of traditional South Indian cuisine
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
