Business Analyst – Implementation Team

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Business Analyst to join the Implementation Team. The role involves gathering business requirements, managing client relationships, driving product adoption, supporting implementation projects, and identifying business growth opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This role requires 70–80% travel within Mumbai and regular visits to client locations.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Implementation
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications.
- Coordinate with internal product and technical teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation.
- Support project implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation activities.
- Conduct impact analysis for change requests and new business requirements.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation and support phases.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand business needs and provide solution recommendations.
- Manage first-level escalations and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
Business Growth & Revenue Generation
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services within existing accounts.
- Support business development initiatives by generating leads and exploring new client opportunities.
- Recommend process improvements, system enhancements, and value-added solutions to clients.
- Contribute towards achieving business and revenue targets.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare implementation status reports, project trackers, and management dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, communications, and client records.
- Develop presentations and business reports using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
Analytical & Process Improvement
- Analyze operational data and generate insights for business improvement.
- Monitor product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements.
- Maintain reports related to project performance, client feedback, and business opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Client Implementation, or Consulting roles.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.
- Experience in Shipping, Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain industries will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
