Job Description:
The Nursing Supervisor at Manipal Hospitals is responsible for overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care delivery.
- Monitor patient care activities and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursing staff performance and provide feedback.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license and a valid nursing practice credential.
