Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Backend Operations Executive in the Banking Process. The role involves handling internal banking activities, transaction processing, documentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process daily banking transactions and update records
- Perform account maintenance and KYC verification
- Handle reconciliation of payments and statements
- Support loan and credit operations
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- Basic understanding of banking operations
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry
- Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines
