Job Title: Telecaller
Job Summary:
A Telecaller is responsible for making outbound calls or handling inbound calls to interact with customers, explain products or services, generate leads, and provide customer support. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries.
- Explain products, services, or offers clearly.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for sales teams.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call or sales targets.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good listening and persuasion abilities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Qualifications:
- Minimum: High school (12th pass)
- Preferred: Graduate in any field
- Experience: Experienced candidates Only
Work Environment:
- Office-based or call center environment
- Fixed or rotational shifts (day/night depending on company)
- May include sales targets or performance incentives
