Position: Jr. Safety Officer
Location: Pimpri-Chinchwad, Pune
Experience: 0–2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety rules and procedures are followed at project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Assist in preparing safety reports, checklists and documentation.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Ensure proper use of PPE at the workplace.
- Report and assist in investigating accidents/incidents.
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers regarding safety requirements.
- Support implementation of company HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety Management / Fire & Safety or relevant qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in construction/MEP/project sites preferred.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures, PPE and site safety practices.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & skills)
