Job Roles:
- Manage daily office operations and coordination
- Handle vendor management and basic IT/system access
- Maintain internal documents, records, and company data
- Manage investor database and communication records
- Coordinate investor meetings, calls, and updates
- Support scheduling and logistics for leadership
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding of employees
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow across teams
Qualification:
- 1+ year expeience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of operations/admin work
- Experience in similar roles is preferred
