We are seeking a highly disciplined, independent Data Analyst to execute remote operations within our secure infrastructure. Because this role handles critical backend data tracking for US networks, absolute operational integrity, moral compliance, and pinpoint accuracy are mandatory.
Core Deliverables
- Data Pipeline Execution: Input, verify, and track secure workflows within the corporate CRM with zero margin for error.
- Operational Transparency: Maintain direct, professional communication and real-time activity logging with US leadership.
- Compliance Adherence: Fully conform to data security protocols, strict shift metrics, and timeline requirements.
Strict Compliance & Anti-Fatigue Mandate
To protect data integrity and ensure public safety within our operational ecosystem, this position enforces a zero-tolerance policy for dual-employment, shift fatigue, or overlapping professional commitments.
- Contractors must be 100% unattached to any daytime corporate employment.
- Engaging in secondary full-time or part-time roles that cause shift fatigue will result in immediate termination of the contract.
Requirements & Infrastructure
- Proven independent experience in data operations, financial tracking, or backend logistics.
- Flawless, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
- A dedicated, entirely distraction-free home office environment.
- Mandatory Technical Setup: High-speed fiber internet connection paired with an active, functional power backup/UPS system.Professional Fees & Performance Rewards
- Base Contract Fee: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 INR per month (paid on a completed-deliverable basis).
- Initial Evaluation Window: A strict, performance-focused 30-day trial period to verify speed and accuracy metrics.
- Milestone Longevity Rewards: Contractors demonstrating flawless compliance and accuracy will be eligible for contract extensions past the initial 6-month term, upward mobility, and lucrative, USD-backed performance bonuses.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
