Primary Roles:
Sales Counseling:
Guide prospective students through the course selection process based on their educational background, career goals, and interests.
Address inquiries about CAT, IPMAT & CLAT programs, fee structures, eligibility, and benefits of the courses.
Lead Management:
Handle incoming leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or inquiries.
Follow up on potential leads via calls, emails, or WhatsApp to convert them into enrolled students.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for UG and PG course enrollments.
Monitor progress and develop strategies to close high-potential leads.
Achievement will be rewarded by incentives at the end of every month
Bonus will be given twice in a year based on center performance
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the CAT, IPMAT & CLAT courses offered, including curriculum, faculty expertise, career prospects, and accreditation.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and their families.
Provide a positive customer experience to ensure referrals and word-of-mouth promotion.
Secondary Roles:
- To ensure the fee collection from students as per the due dates
- To coordinate with faculties in forming new batches and initiate promotion activities
- To ensure proper documentation of all records on regular basis
- To report management on regular basis and taking responsibilities for branch performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
