About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Sales Associate who is eager to build a career in sales and business development. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience who possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for learning.
The Sales Associate will support lead generation, client outreach, business development activities, and customer relationship management while working closely with the sales and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality business leads through research, outreach, and networking.
- Identify, connect, and build strong relationships with potential clients in relevant industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and align them with client needs.
- Maintain and update lead databases, track progress, and prepare reports.
- Actively contribute to team goals, business expansion strategies, and market growth plans.
- Represent the company professionally in global communication and follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or lead generation.
- Must have working exposure to GIS, Drone Technology, or the Power Sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to organizational growth.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc, MBA Freshers Preferred).
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Depending on interview performance and communication skills) + Incentive
