Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive store sales and achieve monthly targets
✔ Lead, train, and motivate the store team
✔ Deliver an exceptional customer experience
✔ Manage inventory, merchandising, and store operations
✔Handle billing, cash management, and daily reporting
✔ Execute promotional campaigns and product launches
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience in Skincare, Haircare, Cosmetics, Beauty, or Luxury Retail
* Strong leadership and sales management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Experience: L’Oréal Professional, Kérastase, Schwarzkopf Professional, Wella Professionals, Nykaa, Forest Essentials, The Body Shop, or similar premium beauty brands.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
