Backend Executive – Supply Chain Operations

### Job Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day *order fulfilment* from order receipt to delivery.
* Coordinate *dispatch and deliveries* and ensure timely completion.
* Maintain and update *inventory and stock records*.
* Coordinate with *vendors, delivery personnel, and clients* for order execution.
* Track deliveries and provide timely updates to clients.
* Prepare basic order, inventory and dispatch reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
* Handle delivery-related issues and follow up for closure.
* Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
### Candidate Profile
* Graduate in any discipline.
* *1–3 years of experience* in supply chain, logistics, order processing, dispatch or operations.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Basic knowledge of *MS Excel*.
* Organised, responsible and good at follow-ups.
* Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
* Experience in ERP/inventory software will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,840.44 - ₹31,697.66 per month
