Designation : Billing & Logistics Incharge
Age Limit : 30-35 years
Roles and Responsbilities : -
Ensures accurate and timely generation of invoices, reviewing data to minimize billing errors.
Develops, implements, and maintains efficient billing procedures and software systems.
Resolves complex billing discrepancies and handles customer queries regarding invoices.
Oversee daily transportation activities, including routing, scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of deliveries.
Maintain, inspect, and arrange repairs for vehicles. Supervise, and schedule drivers and warehouse staff.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., DOT), transport laws, and company policies to reduce risks.
Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
