Job Description – Photo Coordinator
Location: Presidium School, Gurugram Sector 5
Position Summary
The Photo Coordinator is responsible for planning, capturing, organizing, and managing photographs of all school activities, events, and daily campus life. The role ensures high-quality visual documentation for school records, social media platforms, the website, marketing materials, and internal communications while maintaining the school's brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality photographs of academic activities, school events, celebrations, competitions, workshops, and special occasions.
- Coordinate with the Principal, event coordinators, and various departments to ensure complete coverage of all school events.
- Edit, enhance, and organize photographs using photo editing software.
- Maintain a structured digital archive of photographs for future reference.
- Share selected photographs with the Marketing and Digital Media teams within specified timelines.
- Ensure photographs adhere to the school's branding and communication guidelines.
- Maintain photography equipment and coordinate its upkeep.
- Create photo albums and documentation for annual reports, newsletters, and school publications.
- Assist in creating visual content for the school's social media platforms, website, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure confidentiality and obtain necessary permissions while handling student photographs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
