About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Panel Wireman & Installer to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and installing electrical control panels based on technical schematics. The ideal candidate must possess strong blueprint/drawing reading capabilities and hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and work according to electrical wiring diagrams, schematics, and Blueprints.
- Panel Assembly & Wiring: Layout, mount, and wire electrical components within control panels (including PLCs, drives, relays, circuit breakers, and terminal blocks).
- Installation: Route and bundle wires neatly, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and neat aesthetics (proper ferrule marking and lugging).
- Testing & Quality Check: Perform continuity tests and basic electrical checks to troubleshoot and verify wiring accuracy before final commissioning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and design teams to report schematic discrepancies and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and industrial automation.
- Education: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of electrical symbols, wire sizing, color codes, and control components. Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and multimeters.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a safety-first mindset.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
