Advertising & Campaign Management
· Oversee the execution, and optimization of campaigns across various platforms. (print, digital, radio, outdoor, and social media).
· Collaborate with agencies and internal creative teams for ad production and messaging consistency.
· Monitor campaign performance, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
· Execute annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
· Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and competitive insights to drive growth.
· Increase visibility via media partnerships, sponsorships, and PR.
· Manage store-level marketing initiatives for cohesive brand presence.
· Oversee creation of compelling content for digital platforms and campaigns.
· Maintain consistent tone and visual identity across all communications.
· Align creative messaging with promotional goals and brand identity.
Data Analytics & Campaign Performance
· Track and analyze marketing metrics—reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
· Generate actionable insights and present monthly and quarterly reports.
· Optimize campaigns based on performance analytics to improve results.
Budget Management & Vendor Coordination
· Develop, monitor, and control the marketing and advertising budget.
· Liaise with vendors, media agencies, and creative partners for cost-effective execution.
· Ensure transparency and ROI-driven budget utilization.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration
- 2-6 years of experience within Food & Beverage Industry (QSR marketing / brand management)
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
