Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers for products such as mobile phones and laptops
- Track and further enhance the sales of mobiles, laptops, and especially attachment products (accessories)
- Track and further enhance ResQ Care Plan (RCP) sales and performance
- Monitor and improve exchange conversion percentage for mobile and laptop categories (through the SwapEasy program)
- Drive solution sales, including services such as OS installation, data transfer, software setup, device configuration, and other value-added services
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all service-related activities (in co-ordination with the Store CSA)
- Coordinate with all authorized service centers for issue resolution and follow-ups (in co-ordination with the Store CSA)
- Create and manage service orders and service requests in the system (in co-ordination with the Store CSA)
- Deliver product demonstrations to customers as required
- Maintain and update customer status reports, ensuring adherence to defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
- Prepare and maintain TR (Transfer Request) reports for store-level defective inventory (in co-ordination with the Store CSA)
- Ensure a high and consistent NPS Score as well as Google 5 Star Rating of the customers.
- To deep-dive into the reasons for Detractors and ensure that proper guard-rails are placed for reasons bound to the Store operations.
