About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive with experience in the healthcare industry to expand our presence among hospitals, diagnostic centers, imaging centers, and healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate should enjoy meeting customers in person, building long-term relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth for our AI-powered healthcare solutions.
This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel and face-to-face interactions with healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit hospitals, diagnostic centers, imaging centers, and healthcare organizations to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with radiologists, hospital administrators, clinicians, diagnostic center owners, and healthcare decision-makers.
- Identify new hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic chains for business expansion.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges.
- Present the company's AI healthcare solutions to prospective customers.
- Coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team when required.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track customer interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities using CRM.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, new hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare technology trends.
- Participate in healthcare conferences, exhibitions, CMEs, and networking events.
- Work closely with internal teams to convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Experience
- 1–5 years of field sales or business development experience in the healthcare industry.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,451.49 per month
