Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience working behind a specialty coffee bar.
Overview: Responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, and guest experience of the café.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain the espresso machine, grinder, and brewing equipment.
- Dial-in espresso daily and maintain consistency in milk texturing and latte art.
- Prepare specialty menus (cold brews, matcha, and tasting flights) precisely to recipe.
- Keep the coffee bar counter completely clean, organized, and stocked.
Skills Needed:
- Complete knowledge of dialing-in espresso, milk texturing, and basic latte art.
- Experience with manual brewing methods (V60, French Press, Aeropress).
- Familiarity with prepping cold brews, matcha, and non-coffee specialty drinks.
- High standard of personal hygiene and station cleanliness.
- Must be pet-friendly.
