Key Responsibilities
- Generate new B2B leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Handle walk-in and inquiry-based B2C customers, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into sales.
- Manage and grow relationships with dealers, distributors, wholesalers, corporate clients, retailers, and individual customers.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
