- Supervise and allocate daily tasks to the stewarding team.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and food preparation areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens, dishwashing areas, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.
- Monitor the operation and maintenance of dishwashing equipment and cleaning tools.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding equipment, and raise requisitions when required.
- Train and guide stewards on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor waste management and promote efficient use of resources.
- Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and performance reports for the stewarding team.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assist during banquets, events, and peak operational periods as required.
Pay: ₹237,170.55 - ₹345,476.27 per year
