Create and modify welding Programs for FANUC Robotic welding cells.
Optimize welding Paths, cycle time and quality
Develop welding fixtures in co-ordination with production.
Perform trial runs and process validation
Troubleshoot robotic welding issues
Additional requirements
- Prepare optimized nesting for CNC Fiber Sheet Laser Machines.
- Generate machine programs for different material thicknesses.
- Minimize material wastage through efficient nesting.
- Coordinate with production for smooth execution.
- Troubleshoot programming-related issues.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
