We are seeking a dynamic and committed HR Executive to join our team. The role will primarily focus on recruitment (70%) while also handling HR operations (30%). The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR process management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Conduct reference checks and ensure smooth onboarding.
- HR Operations (30%)
- Assist in attendance management.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support in salary revision processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 6 months–1 year of experience in recruitment..
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of HR software/tools is an added advantage.
Employment Terms
- Candidate must be willing to sign a 2-year employment bond.
- Full-time, office-based role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
