We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple departments, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including job requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and provide expert guidance on market trends and recruitment strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
- Negotiate complex offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and successful candidate closures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to leadership.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
- Stay current with industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
