We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project development from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality design, compliance with regulations, and alignment with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development to final execution
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design integrity
- Review and approve material selections and construction details
- Resolve design and construction-related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect (as per local regulatory authority)
- 6–12+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
