Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Preferably a Graduate degree (e.g., BBA, Marketing, or Finance), though some locations may consider 12th-pass candidates with relevant experience.
- Experience: Typically 6 months to 2 years of experience in Home Loans (HL) or Mortgage/LAP products. Freshers are occasionally considered for junior roles.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal communication skills; proficiency in local area knowledge and CRM software is highly valued.
- Mandatory: Must own a two-wheeler and have a clear CIBIL track record with no overdue loans.
