About the Role:
Atluri Holdings is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead comprehensive marketing functions across its group companies. The role spans strategy, branding, advertising, digital marketing, PR, events, lead generation, and tender management. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) for optimizing workflows and enhancing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute annual marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns.
· Manage branding, brand identity, and corporate communication materials.
· Oversee advertising, PR campaigns, trade shows, sponsorships, and industry events.
· Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and website management.
· Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to support decision-making.
· Implement lead management strategies and maintain CRM databases.
· Coordinate tender submissions, proposals, and documentation support for SBUs.
Qualifications:
· MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
· 6–10 years’ experience in marketing management roles (B2B/B2C exposure preferred).
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and campaign execution.
· Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
· Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and Generative AI (GenAI) applications.
